This BMW 3 Series came to us with headlights suffering from a common issue: years of road debris had left the factory hardcoat riddled with deep stone chips and pitting. While the plastic underneath was still in relatively good condition, this compromised surface layer scattered light and significantly aged the look of the vehicle's front end.

Our restorative approach focused on precision sanding to fully remove the damaged, chipped factory coating and level the surface of the lens. Once a perfectly smooth, uniform base was achieved, we polished the lenses to an optical-grade finish and sealed them with our durable, high-performance UV-resistant clear.
