1. Introduction

Welcome to Pure Beam. These terms govern your use of our website, our mobile headlight restoration services, and the purchase of automotive lighting products. By continuing to use this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Headlight Restoration Services

• Nature of Service: Our mobile headlight restoration process involves stripping degraded factory material, applying a new professional-grade hardcoat, and finishing with a graphene ceramic shield.

• Longevity Disclaimer: Please note that this process is not permanent. While we use high-quality materials to provide the best possible results, the lifespan of the restoration (typically 2–5 years) depends on environmental factors, UV exposure, and vehicle maintenance.

• Booking & Service: Mobile service appointments are subject to scheduling availability. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Product Sales (LED Bulbs)

• Quality Assurance: To ensure reliability, every LED bulb we sell is personally tested by our team before it is packaged and shipped.

• Compatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct bulb fitment (e.g., H4, H7) for their specific vehicle make and model prior to purchase. Pure Beam is not liable for incorrect orders.

• Installation: We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified auto-electrician. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle’s electrical system or headlight housing resulting from improper installation or DIY modification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Courier: We utilize Aramex for all deliveries.

• Fees: A flat-rate delivery fee of R115.00 applies to all orders.

• Timeline: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

5. Returns & Warranties

• Product Warranty: If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement. Because all items are tested before shipping, defects are rare.

• Initiating a Claim: Please contact us via email with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic proof if applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pure Beam shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to damage to vehicle components, legal fines regarding vehicle lighting regulations, or any other loss. Use of our products and services is at the user's own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, descriptions, and logos, is the property of Pure Beam and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gauteng, South Africa.
