This Ford Ranger arrived with headlights severely hampered by intense, advanced oxidation. The lenses had turned a deep, opaque yellow, which not only significantly aged the vehicle's appearance but also acted as a heavy filter, drastically reducing the light output necessary for safe off-roading and nighttime driving.

We performed an intensive, multi-stage restoration to cut through the thick layer of degraded plastic. We carefully sanded away the deep oxidation to reach the clear, healthy polycarbonate underneath, then recoated and treated the lenses with our specialized UV-resistant clear.
