This Polo GTI came to us with headlights that had seen better days, showing signs of severe pitting across the surface. These micro-impacts from road debris had compromised the lens integrity, creating a rough texture that scattered the headlight beam and marred the car's aggressive front-end aesthetic.

Our restoration process involved a focused, deep-sanding stage to completely remove the compromised surface layer and eliminate the pits. We then meticulously polished the lenses to achieve an optical-grade finish, ensuring the clarity was restored to factory specifications before applying our premium, high-performance UV-resistant clear.
