1. Our Quality Commitment

Because every unit is manually tested prior to dispatch, "dead-on-arrival" issues are exceptionally rare. However, if you believe you have received a faulty item, we are here to make it right. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Process: Please contact us with your order number and a photo or short video demonstrating the defect.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you or coordinate a local exchange.
