At Pure Beam, we want to ensure your lighting upgrades arrive safely and as quickly as possible. We partner with Aramex to provide reliable, professional delivery services across South Africa.

1. Delivery Rates

To keep things simple, all orders are charged a flat-rate delivery fee of R115.00, regardless of the size or number of items in your order.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been processed and tested, your package will be dispatched via Aramex.

• Estimated Transit Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive at your door.

• Processing: As every bulb is personally tested by our team before shipping, please allow for a brief handling period before your order is handed over to the courier.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the Aramex tracking portal.

4. Important Delivery Information

• Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

• Courier Service: We rely on Aramex for their nationwide network. If you have specific delivery instructions (such as a gate code or a preferred safe place), please include these in the "Order Notes" section at checkout, and we will do our best to pass them on to the courier.
